I have requested PIN to be mailed to me for the second time as i dint got it in the first place place and still its 4 weeks + for the second request still no mail.
theres only three chances for the request

any one else having same problem

i cannot ask for withdraw untill i get that PIN

I think he is asking for that PIN Code which is send when one earns 50$ and is used for Address Verification. I think you should write to Adsense Support Team and tell them about your problem. Maybe they will be able to help you out or send your PIN via Priority Mail. Contact them...they know better.

Their is no email id required for PIN. PIN is send via postal mail not email.

Well.. google says that

I think this means that.. if we signed up before Jan' 05 and got our account approved to use then we do not need PIN. Glad that I signedup before January 2005. I just checked my account and it seems my first earning date was on "Friday, July 16, 2004". So, there is no need to PIN for my account.

at the very first time i requested 2 times at my home address but google PIN card could not be found . but when I changed my address then I found it with in 2 weeks

how do i know when did i sign up with them? because i am not able to figure out when i actually created my account exactly
