AdSense heatmap - forums implementation - better CTR ?

Has anyone here applied changes based on the adsense heatmap that Google provides based on their stats about CTR ?

As you can see, were not running AS code here yet, but we have applied the Google HeatMap placement recommendations on several forums we manage and have seen improvements - hard to say if it is directly due to the changes in Adsense code placement.

Interestingly enough, the AS heatmap (and many other sites) mention that putting ads at the END of topics (in forums) tends to have a better CTR then other locations (such as the classic leaderboard at the top) but on most of the forum sites where we manage campaigns, weve seen very low CTR on leaderboards placed after the topic....

Anyone else ?

I have never tried putting ads over the posts...I have ads running only below first post and the last post. Thanks for the tip ... I will try putting the ads before the posts in my forums. Though I have seen forums not give much earnings as compared to other sites like Blogs.
